Yesterday was a fairly easy stage compared to Day One. And we all needed the break. A couple accidents in the team has Chriselda out with a broken tailbone and Joane hobbling a bit but both are in good spirits. Do continue to pray for our safety as we ride. Today we ride 80 miles to 29 palms and it should be long but not tough. Then tomorrow 110 miles which will be my first century. Awesome. The team is gelling great so thanks for your prayers so far. More soon.

Hey Don, Yall are just awesome to do this and I’m very proud of you. This sounds like what my husband would love to do right now, but we are in the middle of a church plant. I wish you were coming through boise idaho! We could feed you along the way. Thank you for doing all that you do. Your book searching for God knows is what changed my whole view of my identity in Christ…a few years back. Thanks and my husband and our two boys will be praying for you and the team as we eat dinner each night this week.

Hey Don!
I just got finished reading your book Blue Like Jazz (awesome by the way) and I noticed this website in the book. The bike ride you guys are doing is awesome! I actually bike a lot and love doing it. Praying for the team and am stoked to see what God will do through the ride!

Don,
I don’t know why I didn’t do this earlier, but later today, I will be submitting a prayer request for you and your team to the Mars Hill prayer community. Sounds like we need to be joining together with you in that way.
Grace and Peace,
Margie

Hey Don-
Praying and following your trip-can’t wait to say hi when you get to “the other side”. It is so great to see someone with a great brain, heart and pen make his faith practical! Thanks!!
