No Internet but an update will come soon.

A quick update from my iPhone.

Life is good on the open road. We are now in New Mexico. The team is more healthy than ever. Today we completed our tenth stage which means the ride is 25% complete. That is hard to believe.

Week two has been a difficult week. We’ve been climbing all week and then had another hundred miles today. Our bodies are adjusting in terms of fitness but sitting on a bike seat for eight or nine hours is a bit much. But it seems like we are enjoying the ride more each day.

We definately wanted to donate to this mission. First, it’s just a great cause. And we love bikers of all kinds. We felt so sorry for Don and the team as he described convenience stores and doping incidences:). Still, we hadn’t quite gotten around to donating yet. But when we saw Jordan’s photo on the website, it’s a done deal. Go Don! We love following this adventure, admire you and the team and are praying for you.

    Hey Don:

I wonder how your body is doing? How are the legs? With all the miles…any problems with numbness in the hands or the balls of your feet? Sore shoulders or neck? How much water are you taking in a day? What’s been the most challenging part of all of this: physical or mental? I know you wrote you’ve been riding for a while. What was your average weekly mileage before this trip? Just curious. Thanks. You and the team remain in daily prayers.

That guy on the right sure makes a receding hairline look sexy.
